Ouida demonstrates these qualities daily. She is passionate about assisting women to become their very best physical and emotional selves. Ouida’s drive to help women is fueled by her own life journey.
As a competitive figure skater for 11 years, Ouida understood the importance of commitment to exercise and nutrition for her overall wellness.
Her dedication was further deepened when she experienced a life-altering divorce, lost her parents to cancer and heart disease in 2009 and faced raising her son alone. She decided then to turn her pain into purpose and started her women’s only mobile and virtual fitness business.
